What is Support+?

Support+ is a flexible, pay-as-you-go support plan for small tasks, troubleshooting, consulting, or training that doesn’t fall under a full website project or scheduled work order.

We created this service for clients who occasionally need expert help without going through a formal quote or project kickoff process.

  • Quick content or layout updates
  • Technical troubleshooting and fixes
  • Email and phone support
  • Website training or consulting
  • One-off tasks and maintenance

If it’s not part of a scheduled project or approved work order, Support+ is the right fit.

How It Works

  • Email or call us with your request
  • A technician responds within 1 business day (often same-day)
  • We work on your request and notify you when it’s complete
  • You’re billed monthly for the time used — no retainers, no wasted hours

Billing & Limits

  • You only pay for time used — tracked to the minute
  • You choose a monthly cap
  • If you hit your cap, we pause and check in

Need More Time?

You can increase your cap at any time or add extra time for a single month. You can also choose “Unlimited” for uninterrupted support without monthly pauses.
